Why does it matter?

Turki bin Faisal is a powerful figure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He headed the Saudi intelligence service, the General Intelligence Presidency, for more than 30 years. He was also friend and mentor to Jamal Khashoggi, the slain journalist who disappearance had rattled the 75 year old U.S-Saudi relationship.
